District 19 Representative Sam Greco joined Palm Coast city officials and project leaders for an exclusive tour of the construction site at The Promenade at Town Center. The visit offered a firsthand look at the progress of the highly anticipated mixed-use development, which stands as a cornerstone of the City’s long-term economic development strategy and Town Center revitalization goals.
Upon completion, The Promenade will serve as a premier destination designed for residents and visitors to live, work, and play. The landmark project will inject new energy into the heart of Palm Coast by delivering:
- 204 Residential Units: A diverse range of modern housing options to support the community's growing footprint.
- Dynamic Commercial Spaces: 57,000 square feet of vibrant retail storefronts, modern offices, diverse dining options, and collaborative community spaces.
- Sustainable Design: Forward-thinking green spaces and eco-friendly building practices engineered for long-term viability.
"The Promenade at Town Center represents exactly the kind of smart, transformative growth we want to champion in the City," said Palm Coast Economic Development Manager, Craig McKinney. "This project isn’t just about putting up buildings; it’s about creating a true vibrant urban core for Palm Coast that fosters a fantastic work-live-play environment centered around the beautiful lake in our downtown urban core."
Driving Jobs and Long-Term Prosperity
The economic impact of The Promenade is already being felt across the region. The project has successfully generated hundreds of jobs during its construction phase and is poised to become a permanent engine for local employment. Once fully operational, the site will support robust, long-term job creation through the numerous businesses, shops, and restaurants that will call the development home.
As construction pushes forward, The Promenade at Town Center is on track to become one of the City’s most significant landmarks—acting as a powerful magnet for new residents, visitors, and commercial investment alike.
